Raymond Best is a Certified Public Accountant focused on providing accounting services for nonprofit organizations. His experience ranges from small operations like community health centers to large organizations like hospitals.
Raymond developed his passion for nonprofit accounting by working as the Chief Financial Officer for a community health center in Dallas. During that time, he saw the need for healthcare for the poor and the under-insured and used his financial expertise to support the center's mission to provide that care. He moved on to form his own CPA firm and continues to focus on helping nonprofits efficiently manage their finances so they can accomplish the most good.
Raymond has a BBA in Accounting and an MBA from Texas Wesleyan University. He is a member of the AICPA, National Association of Community Health Centers, and the Center for Nonprofit Management (CNM). He is also on the board of a nonprofit that specializes in mental health.
He enjoys spending time with his family, training for marathons, and playing an occasional round of golf.
